Fully labelled and not haemolysed.
Sample and request must be handwritten.
Hand written alterations on either the sample or request form may make the sample invalid for testing. Any minor alterations must be initialled by the person taking the sample to be acceptable for testing.

Detection of antibodies of Clinical Significance, which comply with the relevant British Society for Haematology (BSH) guidelines and the Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologist (RCOG) Green-top Guidelines.
